I'd say..... by looking at it.... it's either the two "deformed" fingers in question are actually an optical illusion (further away from the camera) or the person for whom that arm belongs to, is a relative of "Eric The Midget"..... or the person was involved in a horrible toxic waste spilling accident that may have deformed his hand, but also provided him with super-human powers....


I'm guessing the latter..... but it's anyone's guess at this point.


EDIT:

I came up with a FOURTH.... completely different, yet completely plausible explanation......

The Arm/Hand belongs to a person who is right-handed....
