Yeah, the sci-fi stuff is probably the most campy thing about it other than the bar stuff. Everyone else is played pretty straight.

I'll be happy even if this is just in the vein of their Band of the Hand release and is a decent but unmolested transfer with no extras. Just having this on blu ray in itself is a win.

The IMDb lists the film as stereo, but neither the end credits nor the theatrical poster(s) mention any stereo recording, so it was probably released in mono.

Yea man I didnt see many films in the theater as a youngin but the ones that stick out was this one & Halloween. And yes man this was a blast in the theater and scary as shit lol. John Kirby always scared the crap out of me. Got Em!!

I am not a big Norris fan either but this film is unlike anything else he ever did. Its more of a horror film and thats why its brilliant. Not your typical Norris action Karate films. Got Em!!

I'm under the impression the two of you aren't on the same page. You're referring to John Carpenter, the filmmaker. I think Czar thought you were talking about about John Carter, the big-budget flop based on Edgar Rice Burroughs's A Princess of Mars.

White Line Fever is one of those Truckploitation flicks that was so big during the CB radio boom. If I recall correctly, the movie is more serious and less exploitative than flicks like Convoy and Truck Stop Women.
