Agree 100% with all of this. Its a damn shame they didnt green light the sequel because I heard the script was a Monsta!! Got Em!!

I like both, for radically different reasons. Man of Steel is a good gritty sci-fi action movie, basically. I don't really care if it's a good Superman movie or not. That end fight goes on forever though and the big Pa Kent scene is stupid as hell.

Superman Returns is a solid nod to the classic Supes and enjoyable, despite lacking a good climax and a horrible Lois Lane casting.

Actually Amy Adams is a terrible Lois Lane! Got Em!!
