3D Blu-rays only available in Region A or B countries (region locked and region free)

Again watched Ratatouille after recording it onto DVD-R about three years ago before I was into 3D. Though it is now ten years old, said to my wife I sensed it was something that was released in 3D. Sure enough, found it was and available in Europe on blu ray but only in region B.
