24 fps issues - Blu-ray Forum

I have a Samsungs a650 toc, ps3, and harman kardon 254. My tv is showing 60fps instead of 24fps when playing a blu-ray. I have the ps3 set on 24fps setting. Just wondering what the issue is. Would a non hdmi 1.3a cable prevent that? I'm using a service cable from a friend a mine (ht installer) while I get my warrenty on a bad hdmi cable. Just looking for some possible solutions here. Thanks.

Nevermind....the input source on my receiver said 1080p/24fps (I was looking at that) and the output to the tv it had it at 1080p. Just a simple matter of changing that....feeling rather dumb on this one.
