I don't agree about the colors either, in that cap, the German disc looks a bit green; the US cap might be a hair red, but it's less "too red" than the German disc is "too green".

It's definitely not a new scan but IMHO it's the best version, I prefer the colours to the US disc.

Dvdbeaver has comparison caps between all 3 versions.
