I know Paramount license some of their back-catalog titles to Criterion, but I'm wondering whether they are now likely to make similar licensing deals with some of the other US labels such as Twilight Time, Kino Lorber, Olive Films, etc. Otherwise I don't hold out much hope that we'll ever see some of their classic MIA titles making it to Blu-ray. As well as 'The Two Jakes', I'm thinking of titles such as 'The Parallax View', 'Catch-22', 'Heartburn', 'Ragtime', 'Hud', etc. |
