kiss of the dragon is available, i think my copy is from australia, and for hero there s a french release, but i don t remember about region coding infos sorry

What's messed up about the subtitles? I got this last week, but have yet to check out.

Being as I don't know the language, I don't know how accurate the subtitles are, but some of them were pretty fast. Funny you mention the tea scene because I got a glitch at that scene where no subtitles would show up. I had to restart the film and chapter skip back to that scene in order to get the subs working again.

On the Universal Studios Blu-ray release? I'll have to see if I encounter the same issue when I watch it tonight.

I don't. If the subs are anything like the HK DVD of the same release, they're terrible. We can argue about the accuracy of the US subs, but I'll take clarity over accuracy anyday of the week.

NEVER TRUST AMAZON'S SPECS. They are usually wrong. The main track for all 3 cuts of Fearless is Mandarin 5.1 DTS-HD MA.

Will be double-dipping (have it on HDDVD) for the Director's Cut & upgraded audio....at least Universal has lowered the MSRP on the BD (was $39.99 on HD!).
