The campaign to make Dane DeHaan a thing continues. >sigh<

That being said, I hope this comes home on 3D Blu -- it looks like a visual feast, and I would expect nothing less from Besson. (And, he can get some good performances from his actors -- my mind could be changed.)

Trailer looks like fun for CGI and alien worlds. That opening desert scene reminds me of John Carter of Mars 3D, and that creature that could run really fast.

Cara will play Valerian. She was the queen witch in Suicide Squad 3D.
The guy Dane, played as the stuck up Osborne the Goblin in Amazing Spider-Man 2.

Yeah, it looks pretty nifty, similar to Besson's own The Fifth Element. This film feels like Jupiter Ascending from a couple years ago though. I fully expect it to bomb and duke it out with King Arthur for biggest bomb of the year, which the King will likely still rein.

If this was in 2D only, I'd be hesitant since I'm not familiar and the actors much (other than amazing spider-man 2), but after seeing the strong 3D in the two trailers, I am convinced to see this in 3D theaters. Hopefully the movie is entertaining.

I'm very keen to see this, the fx and imagination are very impressive. I hope it does well at the box office but it's certainly got an uphill battle.

Unless that list changes, Valerian 1000 planets 3D will hopefully not be squeezed between Spider-Man and Apes 3D. Good news, it's going to be the last 3D film in July so it'll have some cushion before T2 3D arrives later in August.

I saw the most recent trailer for Valerian before Pirates of the Caribbean and the 3D looked incredible. Please,oh Please let the 3D match it's strength from the trailer.

Yes, I hope it lives up to the very impressive 3D trailers, as Guardians of the Galaxy 2 has for the strong 3D.

My wife wants to see this one. I hope it has at least a 2 or 3 week 3D release as mosy of the 3D movies in my area are gone in 3D after a week. So frustrating!!

That final trailer in 3D is absolutely fantastic, I've seen it a few times on the big screen. I hope the full length feature in 3D lives up to the trailers 3D.
It's interesting if you go back and look at the comics how they probably influenced George Lucas and Star Wars : A New Hope but especially Empire Strikes Back. There's lots of similarities.

Dane DeHaan is in one of my favorite 3D Blu-rays: Metallica: Through The Never.
I hope Valerian 3D is as good as it is.

That's cool, how was the 3D in that one? It was priced very high for the longest time, so I held off.
