[Show spoiler]revealed Thor to be fighting unknown enemies alongside Rocket while using Mjolnir. Then the trailer for Ragnarok showed Mjolnir being destroyed.

I'm not one with a wealth of Marvel comic knowledge, but has Thor have Mjolnir destroyed and given a replacement Mjolnir?

yeah, baby Groot too (just picked up my last lot of comics yesterday...new Groot #1 was one of them - I tend to get anything related to GotG and Inhumans, then a few select series) so off focus yet wanting to tie things together.

A lot of the characters are looking like they are in the movies now too.... hoping for increased sales off the back of MCU recognition am guessing.

Maybe post these next two Avengers movies we will get a few comic series that tie into the MCU much more. Better than the likes of the preludes, that expand the stories like the earlier One Shots did.
LOADS of potential to up the book sales off the back of the MCU.

Then again, if these next two movies dont fair too well then maybe the MCU will begin to disintegrate(MCU as we know it at least)

The MCU hasnt really shown much in the way of the Gem's powers, so maybe that has a role to play...

Pure guesswork here, but somehow there will be a link between the

[Show spoiler]destoryed Mjlonir in Ragnorok and the images of it being

in this movie.

Well with Legacy coming up there could be a chance. As this will be a sort of reset, even bringing back the original numbering. I am sure the movies will hit 1 billion. Disney is probably hoping for 2 billion though. It just will be funny having multiple of the same character running around during legacy. In the case of Wolverine potentially 4 of them.

I literally pray to God that all the garbage from the past five years in the comic books NEVER influences the movies in any way shape or form. It's all been politically correct shallow nonsense. ALL of it.

Legacy and Generations will attempt to right the ship. Their biggest issue is shoehorning characters into roles in their events. They did it to Stark and Danvers. It is like they plotted out the story and started throwing darts to fit characters into the story.

Man, I really hated Hickman's Avengers run. These characters were LAME. Yet, re-imagined and written right they can serve as Thanos' minions to great effect I guess.
