Well like I said, why do I want to see a fake ass movie that looks like it shot live and you see it looks fake, why-why I ask you

the Hobbit shoot in 48FPS CGI looks fake as day, but CGI on Blu Ray doesn't that fake, we don't need all that clarity if it's going to look like SOE

It doesnt look any faker to me in 120 or in 24. If anything 120 makes for a more immersive experience

Well it does, you just brainwashed to like SOE even reviews says so

But I guess we are all brainwashed.SOE only works on New, sports, Documentary.

Well all I have to say to you don't understand a true cinema experience if you think movies should look like Billy Flynn or 120fps

HFR has nothing to do with movies

Well 120fps is like what the Hobbit was, a fail if they want to make 120FPS standard they need to go at it at a different approach.

Well, of course, you give it 5 stars, you don't like the cinema experience you want it to look lifelike, shot in a studio, but that is not cinema experience.a movie should not look lifelike or when you see how fake CGI or how All scenes appear artificial, polished and appear to be shot in the studio.

I've only had a look at this disc, right when I got a player, still need to watch it proper. I wish I could watch it in legit 120fps/3D as intended, I feel like no matter which, 60/2D or 24/3D, it's a compromised experience. It would've been worth a further resolution hit to me to have the option of 60/3D at least, which can be done on 3DBD at 720p.

Of course, but even UHD disc at 60fps on a good 4K TV and Atmos surround sound is

From a review
• The extreme clarity of the 120-fps format makes it easy to get distracted, especially you’re supposed to be listening to dialogue. As Billy Lynn wanders through a Dallas Cowboys game, it’s easy to find yourself spending a lot of time noticing details in the background: spreads of food, advertisements rolling on a Jumbotron, extras who are clearly engaged in fake conversations. In a lower frame rate, you can focus more on the dialogue, and the jokes — Billy Lynn isn’t filled with quips, but anecdotally, it got a lot more laughs in 24 fps.

This disc has viewers split in two camps and discussion seems to be pointless. As Rocky said: you're not going to convince him, and he's not going to convince you, so what's the point?

All the pros and cons have already been brought up in this very same topic.
