I got it to work and watched the second Kingsman. IMO, it was loads better than the original, I enjoyed it from beginning to end, and now that I have a working card, I can see it multiple times! [emoji4]

Are you checking a Regal location or is this happening with all theaters? I saw some reports on the Moviepass sub-reddit that this was an issue with the Regal feed.

Yeah, running times have been leaving off the hours for a couple days now. Ignore it. The showtimes are still correct, and everything works fine.

So while buying tickets last night at the Cinopolis, Polk County FL the attendant told me that Cinopolis may be trying to stop people using Moviepass soon as they never got permission to use Cinopolis on the app. I went on to tell the assistant I don't know how they could stop it as its a MasterCard and if they did manage to block/stop it all Moviepass would need to do is re-issue cards as a Visa.

The closest theater to me actually has e-ticket available. When I click the theater to see the movies available, there are only 2 options, Foreigner, and Happy Death Day. I don't mind that, but when I click a time I want it asks me to pick a seat, but there are no seats to choose, it's blank. Another theater farther away has more Movie options and I could pick the seats. Any ideas?

I know this has been talked about before, but I’m on a phone and the search feature is useless...if I buy a ticket for MoviePass can I exchange that ticket for any other showing available, or just on the same day?

Whatever your theater allows you to do, but to comply with MP it should only be same day.

...and for the love of god, take 5 seconds to turn off your Tapatalk signature.

Is it a Goodrich Quality Theater? If so, e-ticketing has been down for a couple of weeks and they are trying to fix it. It appears to be back, .but there are still kinks such as the situation you mentioned (which has also been reported by other users).

It is a Goodrich Quality Theater. I also don't have my card/number yet. I will keep checking though, I would love to be able to see a movie before the card gets here.

Interesting. The Goodrich theater near me didn't accept MoviePass etickets on Friday, accepted them for the weekend, and now that it's Monday they're back to not taking them. Maybe they just don't take etickets on weekdays. I'll have to check back this upcoming weekend to see if that's true.

You do not have to be within 30 minutes of the showtime when you check in. You have to buy your tickets within 30 minutes of checking in, but if you want to show up at 10AM and check in for a show at 10PM and buy the tickets, you can.

That's good to know although I'd prefer to be within the timeframe of my showing. I don't want to make two trips unless I'm buying advanced tickets for a special screening a few weeks to a month in advance.
