That's my experience as well... This seems to get a bit higher from the beginning though, currently at 35%. Hope this means a successful funding

Almost instantly, they might have had a rush and are backed up a bit now. As long as it is listed under your backed projects you should be good.

Sometimes they do this to be able to add a new perk later with the remaining copies.

I just saw that the Early Bird perk had disappeared, I thought they kept them listed as unavailable for the duration...

so some working out

85x£24=£2,040
675x£29=£19,575
25x£40= £1,000
25x£100 £2,500
25x£110=£2,750

=£27,865

at min= £5,500 (168 backers)

Goal=£15,000

so they only have to sell about another 328 at £29 to hit GOAL
or less if more expensive perks are taken up

41% now, I don't think there will be any problems getting this funded...

I shared this on FB (and got a weird "Turn on selling features..." text at the bottom of the post, want to do it but not if it looks like I'm the one selling them! Anybody have any experience with this?) and have been tagging friends I know are into Argento, Giallo and/or SteelBooks

Was tempted to get the steelbook and T-shirt, but think I'll be happy with the standard Dual Format release in November - just noticed it's in the 2 for £25 offer at HMV!

Good luck to them though! Looks like it'll be an excellent release. I just don't know when I plan on upgrading to UHD, but it won't be for a few years yet. I do like Argento but I'm not a hardcore fan like many on here. I'll be happy with the regular Blu-ray disc for the time being.

I thought "**** it" and put in my £29 pledge (+£3 shipping!)

I didn't bother with the Nucleus one, but the 88 one worked out pretty well.

That's certainly cheaper than the £40-odd smackers that the Italian UHD (which already has Cult Film idents if you select English at disc start-up) currently costs. Hmmm.

I am contemplating buying the Stellbook + the other 7 Italian CultFilm releases, just a shame they did not include The Innocent... :S Anybody got those movies? Are they worth getting? Would be all blind buys for me.

Edit: Oh shit, that was a weird oversight, The Innocent is actually included.... hmmmmm. Really want that movie, as I loved all the Visconti movies I saw so far. Should I get the £100 perk? :S

Yes... then we'll get our discs as well

Joking aside, I was pondering that bundle as I don't think I have any of their previous releases.

Umberto D and The Innocents are movies I wanted to get for a long time anyway, those other 5 are more like melodramas, right? But I mean its Sophia Loren and De Sica, what can possibly go wrong?

Any comments on those discs general quality? Worth buying?

I signed up for the notifications and didn't get one.

I've gone for the 29 quid version.

It's a nice looking steelbook, but I don't have a 4k TV or player and probably won't for the foreseeable future. Like the Blade Runner 2049 HMV exclusive steel, I am tempted, but £30 for one title I don't have the means to fully enjoy at optimum resolution. So I'll happily take the standard release, which I've paired with Zoology for £25.

Good spot Rapta. Locked this in with another title before they realise. I was happy to pay the £25 Amazon want on this title alone, but at £12.50 that's an incredible find
