I'm not so sure on the audio, but the metadata states the soundtrack is 24/48 Dolby TrueHD lossless 5.1. Streaming is lossy and on Netflix, in particular, it has been dynamically compressed somewhat.

excellent thanks, the video bitrate looks worst case at least 8 times bigger that whats Netflix propose here in Hong Kong!

I wouldn't exactly call it the "amazon price," that's just what some idiot third party seller is selling it for on amazon's marketplace, it's not an official listing

I don't watch enough Netflix to pay extra for 4k, so in theory I'm not missing anything getting the BDs. It would still be lovely to get them on UHD though.

I think you misinterpreted my post I was responding to the post about the Amazon price. I picked it up the first week it came out.

The Target I got mine at on day 1 had only 2-3 copies out at around 1pm that day but had a full display of 30 or so one week later. Don't think people should worry about missing out if they choose to wait.

Well you DEFINITELY aren’t missing out on anything in S1. The BD’s look better than the 4K stream. That won’t be the case with S2, though.
