The price is still stuck at £49.99 on Amazon though.
DVDBeaver has also confirmed that these discs are region free, so I moved in for the kill and pulled the trigger.

$61.48 U.S. dollars for the pre-order, and there's always the chance that the price will go down before the 20th.

It's a steep price, but I enjoy all four of these films, including the oft-maligned Secret Beyond the Door, and I'll get some cash back in my pocket when I sell my old Olive Blu-rays.

Twilight Times has just announced that they will be releasing The Incident (1967). which many sources cite as a neo noir.

Quote:
On a New York City subway, two young punks, Artie Connors (Martin Sheen) and Joe Ferrone (Tony Musante), take control of a car filled with passengers. Among other people, the train includes military officer Felix Teflinger (Beau Bridges) and tough-talking Bill Wilks (Ed McMahon), as well as quiet Jewish man Sam Beckerman (Jack Gilford), and his wife, Bertha (Thelma Ritter). As the hostage situation stretches out, things become increasingly tense for everyone confined to the subway car.
Couldn't find a trailer, but this fan made teaser video was well done

Raw Deal on Blu-ray.com
They pushed back the release date to January 16.

At Amazon:

Raw Deal $32.09

T-Men $30.19

Anyone else find those prices obscene for a Blu?

Have no fear. The ClassicFlix prices always go down closer to date.

A good Blu-ray of Raw Deal is worth parting with the cash anyway. I cannot wait to upgrade my DVD.

There was talk from Classic Flix themselves of an Anthony Mann noir box set from them once the individual titles had been released. Has anyone heard anything more about this one way or the other?

I paid $23.36 shipped (including topcashback) from DD a couple of days ago. Raw Deal will likely be the same during next month's 15% off sale.

Neither can I--that was a particularly shoddy DVD.
Will likely wait to see the price on Raw Deal go down a bit though.

Not yet, unfortunately. If memory serves, set-in-stone plans weren't made; the company said something more along the lines of "we're considering it."

Just purchased the T-Men a couple of days ago and should be arriving today. I also need to pick up Raw Deal. Both T-Men and Raw Deal are considered to be top Moira...I shall see .

Gun Crazy down to 18.99 Euros on Amazon.fr This edition is limited to 5000 and was originally 60 Euros when it was released. Still expensive, but this is the lowest it has ever been.

I just purchased it, so I'm sure Warner Archive will announce it next week.

Yeah you're probably right but that is not a bad price and a nice limited edition.
