WickyWoo Blu-ray Champion Member since:May 2007 Trading Score:2	Sunlight breaks down plastic, high humidity increases oxidation, and the heat isn't good for the plastic or any glues on double layer discs. The "disc rot" problem is a manufacturing defect caused by something getting into the disc on the line
