I'm hoping my Mockingjay Part 1 4K comes with a slip (arriving tomorrow). Neither BBY had slips and it's going to drive me crazy to have 3 out of 4 with slips.

I hope so too. Ditto for Fist Fight, which I saw tonight in-store with a slip.

Was really tempted to buy both (no slip in-store for Wimpy Kid though) and return my bestbuy.com order later, but I'd rather wait and save myself the trip.

If your item shows up in good condition, you likely have nothing to worry about.

I bought two DVD TV show box sets from them back in February from their ebay store for a total of about $180.

They were not packed well and arrived in poor condition. So I asked to ship them back for a refund. They provided me with a return mailing label that did not include tracking. I made the very regrettable mistake of using that label instead of using ebay's trackable return label.

I returned the items, using their label, and following their instructions. My information about my order was included in the box. Due to a lack of trackable "proof" of shipment and receipt, they went radio silent in responding to messages after the first couple of exchanges trying to get the situation straightened out (a few weeks after I mailed it off) when I specified no way of being able to track it due to using the label that THEY provided.

I opened cases with ebay and paypal, but in the end the sided with the seller due to lack of proof of me shipping it back.

While their overall ebay score is in the high 90s, in reviewing the negative feedback that they do have (which is still a decent amount) after this happened to me, I discovered that this is far from an isolated incident.

Not cool, having it shipped to friend in US, hopefully it arrives in good condition.

None of these are for me sadly. I bought the WD seasons and the four 4K sets for a member in Europe and he said I could keep the slipcovers which is awesome
