I think Batman was just making a joke about the 1996 movie "Kingpin" that starred Woody Harrelson, but no, I don't believe Sony is able to use Kingpin.

Despite starting out as a Spider-Man villain in the comics, Kingpin's rights were folded in with the Daredevil rights that formerly belonged to Fox until they lapsed and switched over to Disney's possession.

Even though he's a Spider-Man/Daredevil enemy in the comics, when it comes to the movies he's classified as a Daredevil character.

Marvel Studios could use him in a movie (or a Spider-Man movie if they wanted, since they make those for Sony) but Sony wouldn't be able to use him in their standalone "Sony Marvel Universe."

I read somewhere that Kingpin might be shared between Marvel and Sony, but nothing 100% confirmed. One evidence that may support this is the fact that Kingpin appeared in MTV's Spider-Man, back when Sony had the animation rights to the character. Yet didn't appeared in The Spectacular Spider-Man series because of rights issue, so it's a little confusing. I think the confusion started when Fox got their hands on Daredevil and then lost the film rights later.

While almost looking like the eyes weren't there cuz of the color there cuz that color doesn't help the model out in separating out detail clearly... that design is pretty good for Venom if is a real thing.

He's talking about Venom, the symbiote costume monster exterior, not the human beneath. And he's right, black suit similar design to spidey, monstrous face, teeth, tongue, relatively simple job for any talented team of artists and computer modellers I would imagine.
