I will see it too most likely, probably opening night. Feels like I'll see Justice League again on Saturday if I can and then Jumanji on Sunday.

That would be great, Karen Gillan deserves to have some box office success.

Is Insidious actually coming out this Friday? Have not seen a trailer or even a poster any of the times I've been to the theater lately, haven't seen a single ad for it on tv (and I watch a LOT of tv). Seen plenty of ads for films coming the next weekend or after (The Commuter, Hostiles, etc.), absolutely nothing on Insidious.

Yep. I saw ads thrice on cable.

I'm so sick of seeing the trailer when I go to movies. You must be seeing the "wrong" movies that wouldn't have a trailer attached. I've seen a couple ads on TV though I have indeed seen countless for Hostiles. I feel like that's the most advertised film at the moment. It's pretty much the only movie I see advertised.

I saw it a few times, can't remember before which movie now, think it was with earlier Justice League showings.

I've seen it in theaters a bunch of times.

MY theater of course is getting this and Molly's Game on Friday. Likely will see those two. Plus Greatest Showman again hopefully.

INSIDIOUS: THE LAST KEY - 25.56 Million

This has a much more horror friendly release than the last film. Plus it's the solo new wide release outside of expanding films and it's opening wider than the previous. These things are why I expect a slightly higher opening.

Yeah Molly's Game expands here too. Supposed to be around 1,500 theaters. It's done very solid in limited release over Christmas break but I'm not sure it will do all that great when it goes wide. 5-7 Million is what I'm expecting which really isn't bad. It will reach 18-22 Million at least which I always figured was the best case scenario.

Is there any website that shows when the arthouse/Oscar buzz type of movies are expanding nationwide?

Box Office Mojo used to show that, but I just looked at January and they don't have any.

She's more a secondary character in those, even the sequel. I adore the woman but I'm betting most people didn't know who she was until Jumanji.
