Same likelihood as any other retailer. If it's a new release, most likely. Anybody's guess otherwise.

They don't remove them if that is what you are asking. The other day I received a 4K copy of Ghost in the Shell without a slip so I asked about it and they mailed me one free of charge.

You can email them and they will add preorders to the site as well. I had to do that for children of the corn arrow release. The guy who responded told me if there are things I wanted to preorder months ahead to just contact them and they would try to add them. I really love dealing with bullmoose. The customer service is great and it's a pleasure to support a small business over the larger ones even if some of the titles are a few dollars more. Pretty much all of my scream factory and arrow titles are ordered from them.

It sure is. I'm trying to find something else to order with it so I can get the free shipping.

Hopefully, Slaughter High will pop up at a good price soon.

I finally have enough points to apply to a purchase... so... how do you redeem Bullmoose points online? The only way I can find is asking for a membership card number. I remember this being asked before but I can't remember the answer.

When you are checking out, there will be a button that says apply points. Just click on that.

Forgive me for sounding dumb, but is that button only available on desktop? Because I couldn't find it on mobile.

While overall their discounts on a lot of preorders have been worse, especially for Scream Factory and Arrow titles, there are still some gems to be found. In fact, the following are the lowest prices I've seen for each of these items from any retailer yet:

The Killing of a Sacred Deer - $13.97
http://www.bullmoose.com/p/26604681/...n-blu-ray-dc-r

The Florida Project - $13.97
http://www.bullmoose.com/p/26655613/...afoe-blu-ray-r

In general they seem to have the best deals on A24 titles at release with most of them being sold for $13.97 to $14.97. The exception being Lady Bird which currently has a $19.97 preorder and I'm not sure that will be going down much considering how much it is listed at Amazon and others.

Other non A24 preorder deals:

Threads Limited Edition - $17.97
http://www.bullmoose.com/p/26655562/...imited-edition

Friday the 13th Ultimate Collection (8 films) - $23.97
http://www.bullmoose.com/p/26604993/...ection-blu-ray

Post any more good preorder deals if you find them.

They have The Twilight People for $17.97 and Attack of the Killer Tomatoes for $21.97 (although Amazon is the same price for that one.)

I've pre-ordered "Florida Project" and "Killing of a Sacred Deer" from them, and got "Good Time" for $14.97 as well.

Just so you know, the price for "Florida Project" started at $19.97, then dropped to its current price, so I'm not ruling out both "Lady Bird" and "The Disaster Artist" being priced that low as well.

I ordered from them at the end of 2017, 12/30/17 to be exact, and I promptly received my package on 01/02/18 but the set was damaged. I just don't understand how you would package a DVD set in a box where it is the exact fit and there's no cushioning at ALL! Of course it's going to get damaged!

I contacted them by email and I returned the package. Now I'm playing the waiting game and I have no idea how they will package the replacement set of I Love Lucy: The Complete Series. I hope they don't give me a refund, as
I really want this set in my collection. As a first time customer, I'm not impressed so far with Bull Moose. I'll attach the pictures shortly...

I've ordered from them plenty of times over the years and never once received a damaged package. And honestly that package should not have been damaged in that box. Not Bullmooses fault the USPS sat on it. That box had to have been crushed in order to break the spine in the middle of the package and tear the label. Should they have packaged it in a larger box with padding? Sure. Should the USPS not crush our packages? Yup. They will take care of you, one of the best small businesses I've had the pleasure of buying from. Don't let one mistake sour them for you. They have great prices, usually fast shipping and you are supporting a small business.

I always find it odd when people hold retailers blame-free for packaging yet expect the USPS to handle every single package as if it's made out of glass. How do I know that USPS and UPS are going to toss packages around and I need to package anything I send appropriately, but no online retailers are aware of this? Online retailers just don't care how the item arrives - most people will just shrug their shoulders and only care if the discs play, so why bother paying more for better packaging? It would be great if BullMoose takes greater care with the replacement - Amazon doesn't. Return something because of inappropriate packaging and they'll send the replacement exactly the same way (even if customer service assures you they won't).

It is possible for items to be protected during shipment so they aren't damaged. I do it all the time. Unless they run over something I ship with a vehicle, it's going to arrive to the recipient in the exact same condition I sent it in.

That being said, when it comes to old stock getting something in perfect condition is even more of a crapshoot, especially when it's in the type of packaging as some of these box sets.

I've got a brother-in-law who works for the postal system, and he is constantly saying he's more surprised when something arrives intact. The way things get done over there, it's surprising we get any packages around the holiday. This is slightly in jest, but with a heavy bit of reality thrown in. The stories he tells....
