SAE has removed "pre order" status from the four February TT titles, so perhaps those titles will ship soon. My order with SAE is still "Pending" as of now.

UPDATE: My account now shows a tracking number, so it will probably mail out of Virginia tomorrow, weather permitting.

Last months announcements were on January 29th, so I’m guessing we’ll have to wait one more week.

Twilight Time should do a better job when it comes to their lower quantity titles.
Anytime they have 200 or less they should be updating all it;s customers via e-mail more so when they run sales . This give everyone notice so those whom don't have a title but may have a last chance to get it .

I know anyone can argue well you had time before to get it . However some people are limited on funds and may have chose to buy a different title or two etc. and had they been aware that a titles numbers were low they may have chose that one instead etc. in fear of not being able to get it .

If twilight time by chance monitors this site and I do not know if they do or not . It would be nice to update hear as well if at all possible .

I just think when you inform your customers you are showing them their importance and value . By not doing it that can possibly anger some customers because had they known a title was going to sell out in many cases they would have bought that going out of stock title if they had not already owned it . I know I have missed out on many titles .

Not trying to make waves just saying .

If twilight time does send e-mails of low quantity and I am unaware if it can somebody post a recent low quantity update ?

thank you

Yes, anyone looking for TAT should get the Indicator release. It has better compression, better resolved grain, correct aspect ratio and includes the trailer in HD (as well as other extras). The Mill Creek release is the kind of thing you should only get if you happened to find it in the discount bin and you didn't have to bother ordering it.

You do know you can just edit your original post. No real point in rehashing the same old lines over and over again just to add a few new words.

Guys, I assume this is sold out? anybody knows?

https://www.twilighttimemovies.com/h...s-the-blu-ray/

It does not appear in searches on TT website and there is no Buy button, but I could not verify it anywhere, including in this forum.

Thanks.

Are the TT-Sales somewhat foreseeable just like the big CC sales in July / November each year ? I have to import those BDs to Germany, shipping & handling is quite high and I have to pay import fees on top. So it´s only working out for me to order big times during those sales, but therefor I normally would need a bit of saving time upfront...

How many times are you going to bellyache over this same thing? Neither TT nor SAE owe you an update of their stock whenever it's convenient for you, and Oildude does what damn near all posters here would consider to be a fine job updating the first page of this thread. If you choose to buy one title and miss out on another one that you wanted...that's on you, not them.

Also (and I'm asking because I'm genuinely curious), why do you only post on the TT thread? Are you an employee of theirs, trying to drum up additional business? You seem all too eager to give updates as to 'low quantities', but why don't we see you on the Kino, Criterion, or Shout/Scream Factory threads?

Personally, I’ve gotten the impression that the dude’s just really into Twilight Time and hasn’t quite branched out into other labels yet.

I posted pics on the haul thread, but my sale order arrived today in Canada. Ordered Feb 2nd, shipped Feb 6th, arrived Feb 21st. All 7 movies securely wrapped in bubble-wrap and in a perfectly sized cardboard box with a "Customs friendly" label. I'm always happy with the efficiency of the shipping at Screen Archives.

While fully realizing that I'm the as*hole here, I do have to ask: how is that even possible? On top of the thread that lists all the worldwide editions of titles TT has released, there are posts on this very thread that discuss such topics as: (a) other boutiques worldwide (Indicator, etc.) having region-free editions of titles that TT had previously released, and (b) other domestic labels (Shout, Kino, Olive, etc.) re-releasing titles that the 3-year window lapsed on (Wild At Heart, Inherit The Wind, Birdman Of Alcatraz, etc.).

He'd have to notice those, and in some cases I would imagine be really pleased that those are being re-released, especially if it was a title that he himself had already posted was sold out.

I don't believe I'm the only one who finds his bellyaching about the low quantity list tiresome, but like I said in the post to him, I am genuinely curious as to why this is literally the only thread he posts in.

I think that's the first time I've seen him bellyache over something, but it does seem that the majority of his posts are low quantity updates. Where is he sourcing those from if the OP of this thread is using "official" announcements from the company?
