I never made a blanket statement like that. The fact that everyone else on this thread has agreed that a 768p (yes, it is 768p, read-up on technology before you make yourself look even more foolish) Pany will have a better overall picture than a 1080p Insignia should be proof enough for you.

For what it's worth, i'd take your 58" Panasonic TH-58PE75U ALL DAY LONG over CKent's XBR...


This thread is getting ridiculous. I 100% completely agree with the fact that the 768P Panasonic will give better picture than the 1080P Insignia. I also agree that the 768P Pioneer is a better tv than 90% of todays HDTV's on the market. Nuff Said.
