Haven't seen the Evil dead movies in a long time but I think you are amalgamating the three movies and your flashbacks come from bits and pieces of all three movies.

I was looking at the review for 'Evil Dead II' and saw a screenshot of an old woman trapped under a door that was chained and padlocked.

This could be a scene of Evil Dead 1 where that girl turned into a very ugly witch is trapped under an opening on the floor chained and padlocked ...
