New Subwoofer need to buy cables

So may I ask this what your saying is I can use a Highend Subwoofer cable for My Digital Coax cable for my new Marantz DV-7001 for Audio (CD) Playback only. And get the same Qualty. As buying a Digital coax cable?

I'm asking because I'm looking for a special cable and having a hard time finding it, But I have found the Subwoofer cable in the series and bought one already for my sub, and it's awesome , so if you'r saying its the same cable I could cheat and just buy another sub cable for my digital coax cable, This would end my quest to find the impossible one Im looking for ..
