Default Best set of shelves for storing Blu-rays?

Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone knew of any set of shelves that would be ideal for storing and displaying Blu-rays. I only have a few requirements:

-Must have a small to medium-sized footprint
-Must be able to store them with the spines of the cases visible
-Must be under $50.00

I would prefer if it could fit over 100, but it MUST be able to fit 50 or more standard cases

Pictures/Links are appreciated.

Thanks!

This has gotten the job done for me for now. Inexpensive, easy to put together, looks decent, fairly sturdy and should hold about 150 Blu-rays. Let me go snap a picture of it quick.......Ok, me +camera = fail but you get the idea. There is 99 Blu-rays on it.

I had two of those then gave them to my mom, they are pretty decent shelves, I bought a new 5 Shelf bookcase from target today for $27 and they have a 3 Shelf one for $17. Pics are in my gallery.

Was a bit annoying to put together myself, but I like it.

Now that you guys mention it, I need to buy a really large shelf for my Blu-ray. Something that will hold at least 400 BD movies. Any suggestions?

Usually the larger shelves are more efficient in using space because they are much taller. Too many smaller shelves will just "crowd" the area. I am looking foward to thousands of BD movies.

I've got one that holds about 500 DVDs which would hold well you do the math on the Blus. Alot. It looks like a bookcase but it should get the job done. It's a pain if you ever go to move.

That's actually like what I've got. It's also a hassel to put together as well.

Thanks..I was too lazy too look for it. Looks perfect, and will do the trick for sure. If it holds 500 DVD, then it should be good for 700 BDS.

No prob, soon enough I'll probably get that one myself, matches my TV stand since it has the 'espresso' finish, really nice color imo.

I think I might pick one of these up. That's not a bad looking shelf.

Have you thought about buiding one yourself? For a stain finish you'll want to get oak or birch veneer plywood. It's about $40 sheet. But if you plan on painting it, you can just get a sheet of sanded ply. Go with 3/4 for the sides, and 1/2 for the back.

But for the size you're looking for the Target one looks like your best deal.
