I will stick with BlackBerry, my next one will be the 8350i. Then maybe Sprint will get the 9030...

I like the look of some of those. Maybe I can finally ditch my 5 year old Toshiba Sprint phone. (It is older than the format war, so no comments on it being Toshiba)

No thanks. I am not really sure what I want in a new phone. I like the Sony Ericsson camera phones like the K850i, but they are no go on Sprint.

GSM is pretty much the world standard cellular network, used here by AT&T and Verizon (I think). SPRINT and T-Mobile (I think) use CDMA. CDMA phones also do not use SIM cards, so it is harder to switch phones.

*Sprint not Sony. my bad.

Huh... I have ATT and a Sony Phone that uses a sim card. mines one of the walkman ones.. it also has a slot for a optional m2 memory card.

Through maybe yall are talking specifically on smart phones..

In fact my sony phone says AT&T on it...

Since the op uses Sprint maybe its sprint uses something different...

Hopefully there's a full touch model of Android in the works for T-Mobile. As much as the G1 has grown on me, it's still clunky as hell.

No love for the BlackBerry? BlackBerry is better then most, if not all these phones. Some of you just need to try it. It's perfect unless your main need is playing on the internet.

I used to love Blackberry until I used the iPhone. Android is coming along nicely as well. Now, Blackberry can suck it, especially after the cluster f that is the Storm.

At work we call it the crackberry, in fact my boss changed his message so it says sent via crackberry..

I found the director when through several mostly unhappy about something, until he found one that did what ever he expected it to do.

I noticed the older I get in life the more I hate other companies and the more I like sony..

Ive had phones from many different compaines.. LG, Motorola, Cingular,
and this is how I would rate them on quality Sony > LG > Motorola > Cingular

I have to say I was extremely surprised with what came with my sony phone, usb data cable, Headset with FM receiver, and a charger..

Had I also purchased it from sony they would have thrown in a memory card as well.. but no stupid me bought it from ATT who chooses not to provide that provided memory card.

My mom also bought a sony phone after admiring mine, but she bought the clamshell one which she likes better.. I have to admit I do like clamshells as the screen is better protected if you put it in your pocket...

Same with our office. We also found the crackberries mess with our conference calling systems. If you get them too close to a mic it sends feedback into the system. Scary huh.
