Same, I haven't been this mad about picking up a release in a long time. Only place that had this out on the shelf was fry's electronics and both in my area only got 3 copies. Went 30 minutes after opening and they were all gone. Everywhere else has nothing. What a joke for a high profile catalog title. I'd buy online or amazon but amazon always ships like crap and ends up damaged in the mosh pit that is mail delivery.

As I stated earlier, your local BBY should have these in a shipper from Warner. They arrived today at most stores. They may not know it’s in the shipper, but there should be 2 copies in it on the BR 2049 side. Easy for someone to miss. Stores are told to put this shipper out on 5/27, but all the product can be bought now. You may have to ask if you don’t see it. Go to CS and ask, they should be able to help.

Thanks, I'll stop by because Amazon keeps sending me dented slips. One reason I go to Best Buy is to pick up better slips. Although my Best Buy in the mall secures everything with huge wraparound wires that destroy edges everywhere on larger items. Thanks god they don't do that on anything else.

This is not the case in my area. I checked with CS at two stores, both checked inventory, both confirmed every store in the area has them on order but not in stock.

Might try that, but from past experiences that process is like pulling teeth with most employees. They don't like going in the back and looking for stuff. I've asked times before and it's like such a chore for them or is forbidden.

This disc made my favourite movie even better somehow

I really despise hyping something up this much because it might somehow make others get disappointed but I can't help it

I don't think that the 4K presentation is gonna be kind to all those rubbery CG doubles of Smith and Neo employed throughout the sequels but still, I'm getting goosebumps just thinking about watching Rel and Rev in this kind of quality.

Remember how matey reacts when Neo saves Morpheus and the Keymaker/master/whatever in the freeway chase? ("Yes!" [throws his arms up in the air then collapses]) That's what watching this 4K is like, you wanna punch the air with joy. And I'm not just saying that because Vangeli's about to have a heart attack and I want to join in with the cool kids, I literally said as much in my "review". When Neo hangs up the phone and RATM starts blasting out it hits you that you've just seen a magnificent 4K presentation of a scifi action classic and it's times like these which make this hobby/obsession so rewarding.

I had it preordered at Amazon and had to cancel at the last minute because of my ****ing bills draining my bank account.

I wish WB would pull their heads out of their ass and properly stock retailers. Kind of hard to promote and sell UHD when there are no UHDs to sell

Mine just arrived from Amazon. Threw away the slip, took the 4K disc out and put it in my Blu-ray steelbook that I had bought awhile back (I've been doing this with most of my 4K collection if I already have a steel and they don't have a new one). It's the one with the baby in the egg sack. I also did the same thing earlier today with Fury. Might watch it tonight but I don't know if I want to wait so I can watch the follow ups. Do a three night Matrix marathon. Maybe I'll go Jurassic Park this week instead.
