I might watch it once it's available on TMN. I am not a huge fan of rap (always was more of a metal head)

I hope they do a movie on Nas, with Nas playing himself.

That would be really good!

I hate how low key he is most talented mainstream rapper, releases one of if not the best hip hop album of all time, and is constantly slept on.

Yep, Illmatic (Nas) will go down as one of the greatests rap albums of All-Time. Probably #2 right behind Mobb Deeps Infamous...Now thats Classic. Notorious B.I.G.s Ready To Die & Pete Rock & CL Smooths Mecca & The Soul Brother rank pretty high on my list as well. Its just too bad the music will never be the same with the BS thats out now. The 90s is where rap music reached its peak than came Master P and it fell off from there.

Trust me..all the good rap today is truly underground. For every talented MC like Eminem & Jay-Z you get Soulja Boy, Pitbull, Baby Bash & Flo Rida...now thats bad. Thank god for Ipods today...no more radio!

Oh it really is all underground, you can not find one GOOD artist on the radio. You ever heard of Little Brother? If not you should check them out you might like them.

just what I was going to say, both are amazing.

And if you're a late 80's/early 90's rap type fan, check out The Cool Kids. They are serious throw backs to that era.

yeah their some talent there...but compared to how it was in the mid 90s..that era will never be duplicated. Even artist back than have fallen to mainstream...the best example is Ice Cube. he fell hard after the Predator album.....now hes chasing kids around in movies...thats a long way from death certificate...
