I gotta admit Sony has stolen some of Scream Factory's thunder for me. Christine in 4K? And later Panic Room in 4K? Whoa. Look out.

Wow Child’s Play 2&3 still don’t have special features. F*** off Universal and let Scream do their thing. That pisses me off.

Well CC announced NOTLD weeks after another company put the blu-ray up and released it themselves in the winter. Sometimes titles just get released whenever they can be. There's still some hope.

But I do agree that Critters is more likely.

Nothing official yet, only that Sony is "working on it"

But maybe there could be universal titles announced at the end of this month or early next month or the comic con as fans want CEs of Child's Play 2 and 3, Tremors, Snow White a tale of Terror and some others even Killdozer.

And maybe Alligator since it's an independent classic title.

From director Jim Wynorksi, on FB:

Quote:
Now I can finally announce it: SORORITY HOUSE MASSACRE 2 and HARD TO DIE(the Orville Ketchum saga) coming to BluRay in a combo pack from Shout Factory. With commentary, on camera interviews, isolated scores and brand new transfers. Even a chat with Orville Ketchum himself. With Gail Thackray, Stacia Finley, Deborah Dutch, Melissa Moore, Peter Spellos, Toni Naples, Chuck Cirino, Dustin Ferguson and me Jim 'Arch Stanton' Wynorski.

ROFTLD 2 is the I like more that Scream has announced and not much of the others. I would still get a Scream CE of Christine even after buying the 4K.

I’m surprised from a financial standpoint that Universal didn’t license Christine to SF for a standard BD then released their own UHD in a year or two. Unless it’s in the contracts that Universal can’t release a title while it’s being licensed to SF.

Sorority House Massacre 2 and Hard to Die--these are BIG titles to me; love that they're in a double feature, as they should be. Jim has been hinting at these for years, and with the Corman acquisition, we knew they were coming, but this is much sooner than I expected. These are holy grail titles for a lot of people, myself included. And you can tell Jim has been dying to post the info. Nothing from Shout yet, but I'm hoping they announce it soon and make this an October title.

As far as the Corman titles, what does that leave for future Blus? Anything else on the same level as SHM2 and HTD?

I've been asking for them for years and follow both Jim Wynorski as well as Dustin Ferguson who I know personally. I don't really doubt that the information is accurate I'm just curious where it was posted. Since I can find no mention of it anywhere online I'm just curious how I missed it considering Mr. Wynorski posts multiple times per day and I somehow seem to see every single one of his posts but this one.
