There are lots of countries who can go abroad and enjoy themselves without resorting to trouble,it was only recently a friendly between Holland and England were it showed yobs throwing beer round passing tourists on a canal boat trip in Amsterdam.

I had to Google it but Morroco has a population of over 35 million.
Panama just over 4 million.....just a bit of difference in players to pick from.
There are way more that live in London than Panama.
