I don’t think I actually bought any of the exclusive to certain stores editions of any of these on Blu-ray. Remember Protocol being one of them, and possibly MI3?

Basically I have all the standard versions of each one so I’m probably missing boatloads of extras I’m not going to gain with this new set.

Oh well. For £70 I can’t complain I guess.

It's definitely a no frills boxset - two cases, a flimsy cardboard slipcover and no bonus discs. Not that I mind (but some might). It's the treasures of the UHD discs that I seek and i'm grateful it doesn't take up too much shelf space.

I'm not, they are still making new ones, Fallout will look silly alongside it.
I wanted it to be like Transformers and Cloverfield so I can line them all up.
I hate it's inconsistent.

Why would Paramount not have upgraded the BD in these releases with the new scan?

UK boxset is two five-disc cases, one with UHDs and the other with Blu-rays.

Japanese boxset might just be a ten-disc tray case, but at least has disc art.

There might be better boxsets elsewhere with individual cases or even bonus discs, though.

No sign of a US set. Very odd. I've got 4 and 5 preordered because of the lowered prices on those. Maybe it's a good thing there's no 4K collection set in the States - looks like this will have a new sequel every 2 or 3 years - at least until Tom Cruise starts showing signs of aging. This is a pretty entertaining series overall so more movies are always welcome. My favorites in order:

Paramount hasn't done *any* UHD boxsets in the US, with plenty of opportunities to do so; Star Trek, Transformers, Tomb Raider, Cloverfield, Mission Impossible, etc.
