Expansion slots can give new life into a console and make it so that a whole new system doesn't have to be released in order to stay competitive and meet the needs of gamers in the future. I remember eagerly anticipating the m2 upgrade for the 3dO, it was suppossed to be the truth, surpass psOne in every way...unfortunately poor marketing lead to a never successful panasonic 3dO. ^So See, I am a console gamer... Matte of fact, i've never even bought a PC game (even though my PC is way powerful enough to run any game perfectly out now) |
