Overall reaction is that I’m indifferent to these announcements. Nothing particularly earth shattering to me at least. The only thing I might get is Dracula: Prince of Darkness and that’s a big might. More Hammer horror in 2019 sounds really good to me tho.

Look like all the studios are on board except for Echo Lake and Paramount.
Thought the FOX / Disney merger may make Big Trouble difficult
With Sony (surprisingly) releasing Christine on 4K UHD, I doubt they'll be licensing to Scream. It could use more extras though.

On Blu, I only have the WB release of In the Mouth of Madness, because I’m waiting for this set, which I believe is absolutely inevitable.

Kentucky Fried Movie? Was that a Shout announcement?

Edit: nevermind, it's been on blu-ray since 2013.

Absolutely in for OBSESSION (especially if the great Bernard Herrmann score is presented on an isolated audio track) and DRACULA PRINCE OF DARKNESS.

Will hope to see PRIVATE PARTS (1972) announced next year.

Maybe at the end of this month or next month we'll get them or the following months.

Yes, having more Hammer from Scream would be awesome.

My wallet was hit so damn hard right now. I just ordered the following:

Candyman
Urban Legend
Sleepwalkers
Return of the Living Dead Part 2
The Critters Collection
Rec collection
The Howling (Steelbook)
Life Force (Steelbook)
Halloween II (Steelbook)
Halloween III (Steelbook)

I also ordered Trick r Treat and Creepshow a couple weeks ago as well. What a month. At least I saved nearly 70 dollars because of that 20 percent off promo code.

Odd that these new pre-order announcements were eligible for the 20% off, but when this promotion first started they said that no pre-orders would be eligible for that deal. Well, that's all good, right? Candyman, Critters-box, Single White Female, and others all at 20% off even though they are coming out way later! But still, earlier pre-order titles like Piranha 2, In the Mouth of Madness, Brain Dead, Someone's Watching Me, and others don't get that 20% off. I wonder if SF glitched on this and these new announced titles shouldn't be reduced by 20% yet. Get 'em quick at that price!

November is most certainly done but we could still get see a few more in December and there are many more to come next year !

I certainly hope Valentine (2001) is scheduled for February. That would be so awesome.

A few random points:

- Disappointed by there being only 2 pre-1980 titles on the list. I know this is SDCC but still, they usually sneak an obscurity in there.

- I expected more Warner Bros titles rather than just Critters. Perhaps the deal is more limited than I figured. And this surely confirms they don't have Deadly Friend in this current deal, which makes the prospect of NOES very remote.

- By contrast, the Sony deal is looking ever more expansive. Stuff like Night of the Creeps and TT double dips seem inevitable.

- Sleepwalkers being a CE is kind of laughable, especially when Brainscan didn't get that treatment. Can only be because it had a previous release, which might also indicate that Sony titles once released by Image are in play.

- Will the Hammer titles by Millennium or Warner ones? Only time will tell, though hopefully this means we get Legend of the 7 Golden Vampires.

Yep, ordered Critters/Candyman/Night of the Demons set and then a bunch of their upcoming steelbooks (Halloween 3, howling, army of darkness, etc) and others. It was just too good to pass up because of the 20% off working on pre orders.

So because of the one title you expected to be announced, wasn't announced, so now their Warner deal must be limited?

I think this has to do with Mick Garris' involvement. Evidently he was very hands on for Critters 2 and I bet he did the same for Sleepwalkers.
