Whats the point of all of this stuff if you cant watch a movie full screen on your tv. Do I just have the settings wrong or somthing? Please Help.
The only thing you need to know is, if you have black bars, that's how the movie is, and will be. But that's how it's suppose to be...

if you really want to, just tell your player to zoom in, or have your tv zoom in, either way.

there's nothing you can do about it.

tv's nowadays are made for a large variety of movies, aspect ratios are different depending on the movie, some will still have black bars, some will not.
