Knock Off is awesome and it’s due to the HK setting...that race is epic.

Double Impact, Kickboxer (not available anymore in north america it seems), Bloodsport and Timecop would really be great choice for collector's edition I think.

Also, a documentary about "fake" martial artist Frank Dux would be a fun extra for Bloodsport

I made plans for Bush Christmas but they licened that to someone else.
If you're working with Umbrella, any chance for another Australian film, Frog Dreaming? I know they put out a DVD of it but I think a blu-ray would be pretty rad!

I really like the tone you've brought to the releases. I am not surprised you worked on Forbidden Zone as that was the first MVD release I bought and it brought your company to my attention. Do you happen to have a list of the MVD releases you have worked on that cater to us OCD collector's? Your attention to detail and fun little touches are really appreciated.

Kickboxer badly needs an uncut release with original voices. Eric's dubbed voice is awful.

Can you try to get the rights to Detective School Dropouts from 1986? There was a MOD DVD of it from 2011, but the transfer was a Betacam master that was also used for the original VHS release.

Gonna be pissed if it is. Just imported that one! Haha Not sure if I would double dip since the DVD had a good amount of extras on it.

I do believe Gleaming the Cube is a Fox title. I have several requests if MVD can ever get their foot in that door.

Though Fox distributed Gleaming the Cube (and supposedly still has TV rights) MGM owns the video rights as it was a Gladden Entertainment production that was acquired with the Orion catalog. I'm surprised the usual suspects haven't picked it up yet, so MVD could get a shot in requesting it (provided MGM has an HD master on hand).

Fox must still have the tv rights because I do remember Gleaming the Cube airing on FXM a few months back. Hopefully, someone will acquire the video rights through MGM in the near future.

Here are the possibilities:

Death Warrant (1990) from the MGM deal.
Double Impact (1991) from the MGM deal.

Legionnaire (1998), I think this had some sort of connection to Imperial Entertainment after 20TH Century Fox dropped out from the US distribution.

Desert Heat (1999), If some how there they were able to get a deal with PM Entertainment. (which could be very possible).

Or Sudden Death (1995) (some how) reverted back to the producers who were....Imperial Entertainment (which MVD got Black Eagle, Lionheart, Angel Town, Double Dragon, the Nemesis films and Mean Guns from).

Now, I still would like the following for MVD to release a couple other Imperial Entertainment titles; Ulterior Motives (1990) starring Thomas Ian Griffith, Tibor Takac's Sanctuary (1997) starring Mark Dacascos, Boogie Boy (1998) starring Mark Dacascos and Albert Pyun's Postmortem (1998) starring Charlie Sheen.

PS: thank you for all the great effort MVD has put in getting all these titles out.

Legionnaire is my least sought after title at the moment, I hope it's not that one. Still would purchase it.. cause I like domestic products and I like to encourage more releases along the same lines.

Desert Heat (AKA: Inferno) is one I also enjoy, you can't go wrong with Danny Trejo, Pat Morita or Gabrielle Fitzpatrick. It makes for a nice viewing with Last Man Standing (Bruce Willis).

I still think Double Impact is the most obvious choice. At least until he proves me wrong... which I usually am.

Also I am just thrilled to have a fellow movie here enjoys talking with us and actually has a label he runs. That's just so awesome and he's a fun guy to talk to as well.

Keep being awesome MVD Rewind Guy.
