Go for the W4100. It has 120hz. This is not saying that the S series is bad because they aint but if your looking for a "judderless" pic while watching a movie go 120hz. I have the 46V4100 and its only 60hz and while its very good I hate the judder effect I get while watching movies thats why I am going to either the Samsung 650 series or Sony's W series tv's.

Its worth the extra $400 to go with the W series.
