I hope they make Ocean's 9 and go all out.

I could even go for Ocean's Fourteen or another reboot of the franchise entirely.

With the James Bond, Mission Impossible, and Bourne franchises still going, I am surprised there isn't talk of another Austin Powers or anther spoof. Wasn't someone considering an Our Man Flint remake? Or was it Matt Helm?

I'm still surprised more Lord of the Rings/Game of Thrones clones haven't come along.

I'll never understand the idea of not liking something to the point of not wanting it to exist even for those who do. Isn't it enough to just not watch if you don't like?

this is why time travel should never become reality. so many people would basically destroy time itself and just make things worse for everyone.

I actually have no problem with anything existing...

I do however have a lot of problems with the people who watch it and then act like they wrote it, directed it and starred in it while composing the soundtrack on the weekend and then spend the rest of their lives telling me how amazing it is and how stupid I am for not liking it x

I think the industry realised those types of stories are more suited to television. The brevity required to adapt these tales for the big screen requires an inordinate amount of excising even the most vital of supporting material that generally enriches the viewing experience. I'm glad that genre has found a place somewhere in the entertainment landscape. I can't say I'm even a casual fan, but I have been known to be drawn into some of those types of franchises.

The Dollars trilogy is overrated and actually kinda boring. Sergio Leone may have iconicized a lot of the Spaghetti tropes but a lot of other guys made much more entertaining movies with them. I also thought Van Cleef was better than Eastwood in the two films he featured in in the Dollars trilogy and I actually think the film's get progressively worse as they go along. Few Dollars more scores some points over Fistful for Van Cleef's Colonel but Few Dollars also exasperates Fistful's already severe pacing and coherency problems. Then GBU is just a snoozefest.
