Default Thieving Postie Bastards!

So i get my rentals from Lovefilm.com. In the last two weeks 3 films i've returned have gone missing in the post. The latest victims were Blood Diamond & The Patriot both on Blu Ray. Looks like the Posties got a PS3, the only consolation is the other film he nicked was Perth, which is a rancid pile of crap. I'm now waiting for lovefilms response no doubt to fine me some obscene amount & stop my rentals.

First off, the "beer" in England isn't warm. It is cellar temperature -- like wine. And as a result, and for other reasons, it is more flavorful. The other reasons are that draught beers are not full of preservatives and are fresh, and what you are probably drinking is an ale, which is made differently than the pale yellow stuff sold in the US that tastes like cold, fizzy water, which gives it a distinctive flavor. Of course, real ale is found in most places in the US for those who like to taste their "beer".

I can definitely appreciate the finer things in life. Or I would not be into HT.......and definitely not into BD! But after strolling through Paris on a hot and sweltering summer day, you just got to wonder when someone serves you a WARM beer!!

And besides, I like my cold, tasteless fizzy water!!!

i doubt they will charge you

i've had a fair few go missing in the 12 months i've been with them and not had to pay for one yet.
report the missing discs to lovefilm and they will send you out a form to fill in to basically sign to confirm you aint had it delivered.
they will then send another one out asap

they only charge you if you DONT fill it it

its all on the website

I filled in reports for the other two just waiting for Lovefilm to get back to me about the Patriot BD thats gone awol. Theres two post boxes near me & both times the dvds have gone missing theve been posted from the box i rarely use, so its looking a bit suspicious for Royal mail. Thanks for the informed debate on warm Ale, i don't drink the stuff myself & is that a promise? Free porn Courtesy of the Forum! I'll take the Debbie does Dallas Remake please!

DR-SA10, saw this thread pop up again. Glad to hear you took the humor all in stride. I'd actually be really pissed off too.
