As much as I like STREET PEOPLE, I hope it's not from KL because the AIP title is cut by at least 5 minutes (according to IMDB, Street People is 92m, the uncut is 101). The uncut version has a different title (I think The Executors or Sicilian Cross).

The original had an HD master, the sequel didn't. None of our Blaxploitation films have sold well on BLU, so we've passed on both more than once.

Also, does anyone know the status of Bring me the Head of Alfred Garcia? I doubt KL has plans to release a BD unless they happen to confirm (even though they also put it out on DVD a while back), though I did hear plausible tidbits that Arrow has it and are planning a US port of their 2017 4k remastered UK disc.

If i'm not mistaken, Return to Macon County is actually with Max Baer Jr's estate, which was where Shout Factory licensed Macon County Line from. I suspect they have plans to get that one out in the future, provided MCL sold well enough to encourage the parties to sort out any legal issues and find usable film elements for Return.

I'm surprised that TRUCK TURNER didn't sell well... that's in the same league of the classics that KINO didn't release such as Foxy Brown, Slaughter, Shaft, Coffee, etc.

That's not quite right. The license is for three years exclusivity; it expires after three years, whether the titles sell out in one year or never. (However, if TT can't sell 3000 copies in three years, it's pretty unlikely anybody else would license the film.) There have been individual exceptions to this, such as "Guess Who's Coming To Dinner?", where Sony traded something in exchange for cancelling the exclusivity. (With regard to "Alfredo Garcia", I would assume that the license is renewed for the Encore Edition, but I don't know that for sure.)
