I saw DVDs in the $5 bin with the sticker Oct 18. So here is hoping they add new BDs also.

Passengers was one of the $5 DVDs.

Guess my hunch was true. didn't see no blus yet But my store is in a major remodel. So might be too busy.

Just curious but how many Walmart store's are in a remodel? Mine is going through one too and so far not a lot has changed but looks like they are squeezing out the electronics section some. I saw a $5 bin in the front of the store, but one side said $1 and the other $5 so I was confused. I didn't see any other bins though, was hoping to find some blu rays.

My Walmart changed the movies/electronics area a bit ago. You now cannot walk through the aisles -- every movie aisle is a dead end with a shelf of other items facing the main aisle. Really not conducive to browsing since you don't see any movies at all as you walk by. No blu-bin anymore.

I've got one WM in my area that still has the $7.88 bin -- it's also one that has all the movie shelving, instead of limited space. It's a pain to get to, but I guess I'm gonna check 'em out again soon!

I did see Deep Blue Sea in the $5 bin, it was a blu-ray + DVD combo. (I think digital too was along the top).

It looks like my local store is doing some kind of remodeling but they haven't touched the media area yet it seems. This store never had the $7.88 bin though only the $5 DVD bins

So they’re pretty much done refurbishing our electronics section. The main addition is the aisles of laptops, wearable technology, and more wireless gear. Still have our beloved $7.88 Bin in the middle aisle as you pass by the electronics section along w/the $5.xx dvd Bin. Our $12.96 display is still there and new releases too. Here’s the view from the BD bin

I also managed to scoop up a copy of Robin Hood: Men in Tights. It’s a blind buy. I’m sure I’ll like it fine. No new movies in the Bin though.
After I scanned the receipt it gave INSTAWATCH

It's one of my favorite Brooks movies. I would argue that it marked the end of his prime.

All of the Oct sticker movies are in my $7.88 bin now. I bought Dragonheart: Battle for the Heartfire and it rang-up for $5. A lot of the movies are ones that have been in there previously like Smurfs 2, Barbershop: The Next Cut, Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, Purple Rain, The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones, Jupiter Ascending, The Outsiders, Hook, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, The Cobbler, and many others I can't remember now.

Movies I don't remember seeing before:

Not much to really get excited about. I would have bought I am Dragon if I didn't already own it. It's a solid Beauty and the Beast type Russian fantasy movie. There wasn't many movies in the bin. Made it real easy to look through. Maybe they'll add some more movies later.

I recommend Scorpion King 4. For a DTV movie it's actually pretty well done and quite fun as well.

not a blu ray. I know. Why am I even posting then. But I found this.

Said $5 on the sticker. Rang up as $3.74. So after taxes about $2 per movie. No IW. Even though the DVD double pack of the Addams Family movies I got there did.

Already own them, but sure wish they were on blu-ray.
