I see it constantly at my campus too. I'm not going to pretend to know what they're thinking because well, I'm not a woman. It makes less sense to me on a college campus. Testosterone is rampant in these places yet some women have their asses and boobs on full display. To each their own, but I just think in places like these, they should be a little more careful and thoughtful of what they're wearing.

Firstly, one piece swimsuits are much sexier than a bikini.

Second, I'm not going out of my way to check her out. It would bring attention to me and look way too obvious. If she's in my field of view, of course, if out of sight, not risking it.

Well personally, sometimes it bothers me when women look at me when I'm working out or wearing tight clothes. The way I see it though, I can always wear looser clothing and I always try to consider it a compliment.

Light. Usually. I've liked some of my guys in them. It's cozy and it's sexy.

I don't actively check people out at the gym and it honestly bothers me when I get constantly glanced over. I don't even like swimming later at night now because it's very very uncomfortable to be stared at.

It's kind of hard to stare at people during the night. Especially at a dimly lit pool area. Unless you're talking about swimming indoors.
