Default The Express...won't play

I have a Sony S-300 and have just watched King Kong, Max Payne, and Swing Vote and they worked fine.

I got a copy of The Express last week from Netflix and it didn't play. It went through the load screen and then when it looked like the movie would come on the screen just stayed black. I sent it back as a problem and I got the replacement today, anyone else have these issues with this title?

Usually I receive a notice or the update in the mail, nothing so far. I've
tried other new movies and no issues.

Isn't the Express BD-Live? Disconnect your system from the internet and try again.

There was a firmware update in May and nothing since, I just checked Sony's page. No notice about that disk but something on Wall-E but it worked fine on my computer. A firmware update for BDP-S300, BDP-S301, BDP-S500, and BDP-S2000ES Blu-ray Disc players is being released at the end of this month.

I'm at a loss too.
