As long as they keep making money, they will keep coming.

Great film series. Probably one of the best horror film franchises ever.

I'm all for them not stopping anytime soon. As long as they can keep it fresh.

The best part of the series is the depth of the storyline. I don't think there's another Horror franchise in existance that really has been so focused on expanding the storyline and filling in information.

I can't wait for the planned version of the films in chronological order.

I really liked 5, and am constantly amazed how they keep giving us more detail into this ever-expanding series while still tying in to past movies nicely. I'm looking forward to future offerings without a doubt!

Can't wait to find out who left that note on Hoffman's desk.

And what was in the box that Jigsaw left for his ex-wife.

I think Jigsaw's wife is gonna continue his legacy and she is the one who left it on the desk. I think Jigsaw left her his legacy. Think about, he loves her more then anything and why not leave her his legacy? We all know that Strahm didn't write that note or at least it is very unlikely that he did.

... One of the best horror franchises ever? I'll respectfully disagree to the highest amount possible with that. The series stopped being fresh even before the 2004 original ended its running time and with each sequel it further progressed into its now-routine depth-less, gimmicky and inane abandon. Every series expands its storyline and fills in more information with each new entry, by the by but here it is only further enhancing or ludicrous-ing up what came before it.

Probably one of the worst horror franchises ever would be my personal take.

The movies are created for a specific group of people - not everyone. Secondly, it's the only slasher film I've ever seen where I agree with the killings. Look at Freddy - he just kills kids in their sleep for no reason. Jason - kills people for no reason. Micheal Myers - kills people for no reason. Jig Saw - puts people in situations to save their life and hopefully learn to respect it while doing so. Nearly everyone in every Saw movie has a chance to save their life. You never know who will make the choice to fight for it or not. All other slasher films you always know who is going to be left alive at the end.

... Okay, I don't know where to even quite begin with any of the above, so I'll just again respectfully disagree here.

I didn't think saw 5 was bad as the reviews it got so I am up for a 6th installment as long as the stories are good they can keep on making them.

Exactly. I don't get why people are so pissy over stuff like this.

I still say that no other horror franchise has so rich a continuity and storyline.

I'm not getting "pissy" -- I just am stating my opinion on the films. You don't have to agree with me or get bent out of shape about it just as I don't have to agree or get worked up over yours.
