Indeed. First the Apple customer lost his movies when he moved, now Spaceballs loses a critical song. Two big reasons in a short time to keep buying discs.

Just an FYI.

The music changes only effects streaming versions, as music clearances are different there than they are for video (TV airings and physical releases won't be effected as MGM cleared those rights long ago when times were different).

When Harry Met Sally also suffered similar changes with certain licensed songs on streaming versions, yet the TV & future video versions won't be effected because the rights for those were cleared for their initial debuts and releases (and as long as MGM still retains the video rights and renews them, then it shouldn't be a problem with future releases).

They’ve got you by the short and curlies when it comes to streaming movies,you have to watch what they put up and they change it when they want to. And there’s nothing you can do about it.

If you’ve got the disc there’s no issues. They can’t change that once you’ve got it!

Its probably just waiting for more to be pressed cause of the plant issues. Its happened with a few of their other titles like Prison & Scarecrows that ive noticed. SF are usually good with letting people know when a title is going OOP.

That's curious, as the German BD (which is actually the exact same region-free WB disc) is readily available at Amazon Germany...

Maybe has to do with the Netflix adaptation? As any increase in popularity would likely make the title scarce until more are printed.
