Two different people reviewed the discs on this site. I think this is the first time I've seen separate reviews for the HDR10 and Dolby Vision versions of a UHD. Looks like the reviews were done by different people and they gave the BDs a different score. But yeah, to add to the confusion Reuben gave different scores to the BD in his reviews.
