It has to be PG-13, too many uses of the F word is an automatic R. The gag in Once Upon A Deadpool is Desdpool, himself, has the buzzer to censor the language.

Granted it would be funnier with Reynolds redubbing the language himself but I’m sure for what Reynolds was paid for this quick project, Fox didn’t want to go crazy on the budget.
