Crystal Skull will be a 2K DI upscale-- that film, despite being shot on film, always had a weird artificial look to me, I think being down to some of the effects and cinematography. Not sure if a new HDR transfer will make this better or worse. |

Yes, they were early Lowry Digital efforts. I must admit I've never really been a huge fan - they looked way too digital and "harsh", for want of a better description. The newer Raiders scan has it's detractors, but at least it looks filmic.
