I remember when I first watched Kingdom of Heaven, I thought it was ok until we were introduced to the King of Jerusalem. Then I asked, why didn't they just make a movie about him? He's much more interesting than Balian.

Eragon - take your pick of any decision they made in their adaption of the book.

Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire:
[Show spoiler]Why did they show Barty Crouch Jr. at the beginning of the movie?

Any Danny Boyle movie - Why all the crap? It was funny in Slumdog though.

probably b/c Balian started as just a blacksmith and did what he did (avoiding spoilers), as oppose to the King who was born into it. I remember Neeson telling Bloom "here you're just a blacksmith, but in Jerumsalem..."

but i agree the King was great and would love to see a movie on him.

Spiderman 3, hands down, was the most disappointed and most embarassed I've been to be watching a movie that I was actually anticipating. I've seen bad movies but never been looking forward to them for so long and then be letdown so badly.

Pretty much all those Disaster Movie, Meet the Spartans, etc. movies I'm embarassed for, I know they turn a profit but HOW and WHY?

LOL!!!!!!!!!

The scene that comes to mind for me is the "Bat American Express Credit Card" scene from Batman and Robin. I mean the whole movie is a one way ticket to straight to hell for anyone who has watched it, but THAT scene...OMG!

Default What was Lucas thinking?

A big "what were they thinking?" moment for me was in SW Episode 3...

Padme giving birth to the twins and the robot telling Obi Wan and Yoda that she was perfectly healthy but she lost the will to live...

I know, right? I couldn't believe that. What a crock. And why does every alien and robot in the prequels speak perfect English?

Any scene involving Jar-Jar Binks.

The "revelation" that every stormtrooper and Boba Fett himself is actually a clone of his father.

I had completely forgotten about...

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!"

I was liking the transformation very much until THAT... *sigh* They just couldn't let the movie end without major flaws.

LOL. Vader's "No" scene was indeed hilarious. And then he just ends up working for the Emperor anyway.

Yeah, the problem with the prequels is that they have plenty of these moments :P

The "NOoooooooooooooo" scene is a classic though ...

Have you ever seen the Robot Chicken episode where they got McCoy from Star Trek showing up in scenes from Star Wars. He show's up in the scene right after the robot say "she lost the will to live" and McCoy goes "Lost the will to live? What is your medical degree in? Gardening?

My WTF moment recently was while watching "Chihuly in the Hotshop".

90 minutes of Dale Chihuly standing around, his Hippie minions doing all the work, the hippies saying "Hey how about we do a big one, and then a small one" and lard-a$$ Chihuly spending 90 minutes saying stuff like "Yeah, sure". and who could forget such classics as "Yeah, Why not?" and "Okay".

I love some of his works, especially some of his sculpture work, but this disc was nothing but one big "What were they thinking" episode. No wonder it was $12 at BJ's...

The entire movie Transformers. With the economic problems in our world today, did they just do it for the money. Or did they actually believe they were making a good movie?

Transformers:
Sector 7 underclothing. Are you effing kidding me?

Daredevil:
Blind man and girl he barely knows have random kung fu fight in kid's playground? Would you ever swipe at a blind man?

Spider-Man 3:
Let's destroy decades of continuity by making Sandman uncle Ben's REAL killer. Then at the end, he turns into a good guy and flies away, a power he never had in the comic. Sandman is Poochie. I can't wait until Spider-Man 4 when we find out that Sandman was being mind controlled by Uncle Ben's REAL REAL killer.

Hitch (2005)
- The scene when Will Smith showed Eva Mendez the name of her grandparent and then all she does is cry and acting wild... oh lord, i hate this part.

TMNT II: Secret of the Ooze
- this film is one of my favorite movie of all time. I really hate the part when the boss/villian Super Shredder only died from logs from the top of his head while he's big. im like WTF, u cant die while u big enough to survive those things.

dammit i cant think of the name of the other movies that I hated the most but Meet the Spartans is one the stupidest movies i ever seen.
