Shingster Blu-ray Ninja Top contributor Member since:Aug 2009	I think it was in the US where it was released as The Blood on Satan's Claw, UK posters of the time don't have the "The" as you say. It definitely wasn't something added for the DVD release. Plenty of vintage posters out there with "The" on them, most have the US "R" rating on them. Of course the film's own opening title cards state The Blood on Satan's Claw so you can argue that this is the film's true title and the posters just got it wrong.
