after having seen the first one, I too, couldn't bring myself to watch any of the others i wasn't lost at all watching this and I loved it, a billion times better than the first one, a really nice movie just in general (maybe the very beginning is a little bit whatever, but beyond that it's great) (this whole "heh" thing is reminding me of Mean Girls and fetch hah ![]() Quote:
this one has great acting from the lead, nice story, great atmospheric 80s setting, great soundtrack, so why not see it? Last edited by WBMakeVMarsMovieNOW; 04-04-2019 at 07:09 AM. |

My guess is it’s likely impacting all UHD discs and some just haven’t noticed. The first scene with Cena shows it pretty clearly. Are others seeing this as well?

Just checked on mine and it's in perfect sync.

Go into the settings menu, into the HDR options. Change it to Forced then power off the player. Once it's powered back up it should read DV discs as the HDR10 layer only. Why they couldn't just have a DV on/off toggle in the menu is mystifying, but there we are.

I noticed it, too. That kind of thing bothers me. Not that I wish it on others, but I'm glad it isn't just me. (LG c7, x800, Yamaha rv-567)

I went back into my Panasonic 820 settings and I've always had Dolby Vision output disabled. Since I'm running a JVC RS540 I'd never be able to take advantage of Dolby Vision anyway.
With that said I checked the disc again and the sync issue is still very much present. I've sent an email to Paramount Home Video to see if they have fielded any other reports of the issue. I used the below contact address: PHE_CustomerService@Paramount.com |

Does anyone know if the digital code can be redeemed directly on Vudu instead of Paramount website?
